We are a platform; we do not guarantee jobs, hires or income; employers decide who to hire; no fees are charged to job seekers for jobs; and white-label customers are responsible for their own users and notices. Education and Certification Terms Extra terms for courses, trainers, live classes, skill tests, certificates and partner programmes. Trainers are independent; certificates show completion of our courses and are not government accreditation; we do not guarantee jobs or exam results; academic integrity rules apply; refunds follow the Refund Policy. Home-Care, Equipment and Health-Data Notice For care-related services on Hyper V Solutions: we are a marketplace, not a medical provider or home-care agency; use 911 for emergencies; caregivers, agencies and suppliers are independent and must be licensed; background-check and credential statements are limited to what we actually verify; and health data gets extra protection, including a Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy for Washington, Nevada and other states.
