4. AI-Generated & Automated Content

Automated or AI-assisted features may generate, organize, summarize, or suggest content based on information provided by the user. Such content may contain errors or may not be appropriate for every circumstance. Users are responsible for reviewing information and obtaining independent professional advice where appropriate.

5. Independent Professionals

Professionals available through LegitZone are independent service providers and are not employees, agents, or representatives of LegitZone unless expressly stated. Any professional-client relationship arises separately between the user and the selected professional according to the applicable engagement terms.

6. Tax Extension Services

LegitZone does not guarantee that an extension request will be accepted. Users are responsible for providing accurate information and submitting requests by applicable deadlines.

A filing extension generally extends the time to file an eligible return and does not extend the time to pay tax due.

7. User Eligibility

Applicable refund terms will be disclosed before purchase.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, logos, design templates, and technology associated with LegitZone.law are the property of LegitZone.law or its licensors. You retain ownership of the specific data and documents you create and upload.

11. Electronic Communications

By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to receive electronic records, disclosures, filing confirmations, receipts, and account notices at the email address you provide. Do not use ordinary email to transmit full Social Security numbers or similarly sensitive information.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the preceding 12 months.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LegitZone.law, its officers, directors, and employees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the platform, violation of these Terms, or inaccurate information provided by you.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any legal dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Richland County, South Carolina, unless mandatory applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.
